Self Operated Micro Pressure Reducing Regulator
Self operated micro pressure regulator is divided into single seat self operated pressure regulator and double seat self actuated micro pressure control valve.It does not need external energy,and uses the energy of the controlled medium as the power source.Self operated pressure regulator introduces the actuator to control the position of the spool to change the intercept area, thus changing the pressure difference and flow at both ends, and achieving purpose of pressure stability (downstream type) or pressure relief (upstream type).Self operated micro pressure regulator is widely used in micro pressure control of gases in various industrial equipments.The Features of Self Operated Micro Pressure Reducing Regulator:
- The pressure set point can be adjusted on site within the pressure adjustment range;
- The spring can be replaced according to the changes of requirements on site, so that the pressure adjustment range can be quickly changed within a certain range;
- Self-operated single-seat micro pressure control valve generally adopts rubber diaphragm as the pressure balance component. The change of upstream pressure does not affect the force of the valve plug, greatly speeding up the response speed of the valve, thus improving the control precision of the valve;
- The valve stem seal adopts a non-packing design, which greatly reduces the friction and the upper seal is absolutely reliable;
- The self operated double-seat micro pressure regulator adopts self-balancing double-sealed double-seat valve plug as the throttle piece, which is suitable for occasions with large valve diameter;
- The actuator adopts rubber diaphragm as the detecting component, which has small resistance, quick response, high adjustment precision, and very micro pressure changes will be sensed through the diaphragm amplification;
- When the upstream pressure is >0.1 MPa, or the medium is corrosive to rubber, or it is high temperature medium, the pressure balance element and the actuator detection element can use metal bellows.
